Joining our flight training programs is simple and efficient. We provide 24/7 online support to quickly assist with any questions or specific needs. Here's a quick summary of the enrollment process, guiding you from your initial contact with us to the start of your flight training journey.

Step 1 - Online Form Submission and Supporting Documents

Start your enrollment by filling out our FREE online student enrollment application. This form gathers key student details to verify eligibility based on our criteria, including securing a U.S. F-1 visa or Canadian Study Permit and passing the TSA/AFSP security clearance for aviation students. The form is easy to complete and usually takes about 10 minutes. Before you begin, please review our minimum admission requirements.

Required Documents Are Listed Below. The documents should be submitted via email.

1. A completed application

2. A copy of your Birth Certificate or Passport

3. A copy of your Driver's License?

4. A copy of your High School Diploma or latest degree/transcripts

Step 2 - Review and Acceptance Decision

If you are preliminarily accepted, we will notify you by email and send your flight training agreement within 48 hours.

If we are unable to make a decision at this stage for any reason, we will reach out to  to discuss your options and ensure that your chosen program aligns with your airline career goals. Our aim is to make the enrollment process as smooth and efficient as possible while qualifying as many applicants as we can.

This step typically takes 2-3 business days.

Step 3 - Agreement Signing

After your paperwork is completed and program dates are confirmed, we will send you a link via email to a detailed flight training and internship agreement. This document will outline all aspects of your training program, including costs, terms and conditions, and the payment schedule.

The agreement will also provide our company’s bank details for the next steps of enrollment. Please review, sign, and return the agreement to proceed.

Step 4 - Payment and Enrollment Deposit

After signing the flight training agreement and finalizing all details, you or your sponsor (or student loan bank) will need to make the initial deposit payment. This deposit is refundable according to the terms outlined in your agreement and covers various costs, including government and administrative fees for the I-20 form (needed for U.S. student visas), academic document processing, evaluation, translation fees (through J. Silny & Associates), FedEx postage fees (if applicable), and more. Full details of the initial deposit are available in the agreement. You will need to make an online payment via the dedicated link that will be provided. Other payment options such as Wire transfer or Zelle are also available.

Step 5 - U.S. Visa for International Students

We will provide a Form I-20 for international students from the chosen flight training school.

Once you receive the I-20, you’ll need to schedule a visa interview at your local U.S. consulate, either by phone or through their website. Visa applicants are required to attend the interview in person and must also register with SEVIS. SEVIS, managed by the National Security Investigations Division, connects government agencies with information on non-immigrants in the U.S. for educational purposes. The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), oversees schools and students under F and M visas and their dependents, while the Department of State (DoS) manages exchange visitors under F-class visas. Both SEVP and DoS use SEVIS to monitor schools, exchange programs, and non-immigrants on F, M, and J visas during their stay in the U.S.

To make your SEVIS payment, visit the SEVIS payment website and follow the instructions in English. Enter your personal details, complete the payment using a major debit or credit card (alternative methods may be available depending on your location), and print the Payment Confirmation email to bring to your consulate interview. The process may take 2-4 weeks.

Step 6 - TSA Security Clearance for F-1 Visa International Students

If you have applied for the U.S. F-1 visa and plan to arrive in the United States within the next 30 days, you must apply for your TSA/AFSP clearance. Complete the online form before arriving in the U.S. and submit your fingerprints to the TSA the day after your arrival. Our administrative team will assist you throughout the process. You will receive your final TSA approval within three days of submitting your fingerprints, allowing you to begin flying.

Note: For TSA clearance filing please use our college registrar office name and address that we will provide to you.
